Are You Wearing the Wrong Bra???

I watched this on one of Oprah's shows. Huehuehe I love watching Oprah... ^^ This show was about wearing the wrong bra and finding the right jeans . Too bad I couldn't watch this particular show because [again] I had to go to work. Heh...work sucks! If only I can get money without working...don't we all wish that.. U__U

The show told us that if we wear the right bra, we could look thinner, leaner, and better. I think that's right... well..at least according to the before-after pictures that's right. ^^
Apparently, most (meaning: almost all) of the women around the world are wearing the wrong bra!!! Including me, I guess... Hmm.. no wonder I look fat....huahaha *g*

Accoring to Susan Nethero. there are tips for finding the right bra. Oh, and go to here too for more tips.

1. First you need to measure your boobs. Go to lingerie places. You could do it yourself but I did mine at Victoria Secrets and Gap... heuhehe.. they offered to measure, I accepted.

2. Underwire is a must for big-busted women. So, it won't be saggy, you know...^^ To test your underwire, Sandra says you should sit down when trying on a bra. That's a great way to make sure your bra isn't pulling away from your body. The cups should be secure against the breasts with the center of the underwire flush against the cleavage area.

3. If your weight goes up or down by as little as five pounds, you need to change your bras. Uh-oh... we need to spend more money.... We need to spend for new clothes and bras now.

4. When we buy bra, we have to make sure that it fits in the looses hook - the third hook ladies, if you don't know...

5. Our bra should be level front to back. This means that the back part shouldn't be higher than the front like what we (almost) all do.

6. The perfect position for our breast is midway between our shoulder and our elbows. I think it means that our breasts should be parallel (err...parallel?? not sure if that's the right word) with oithe middle of your arm.

7. Susan says, "keep going up in the back [increasing their band size] instead of getting a deeper cup. We want to keep the back lean and small so we can lift the bust. [The bra band is] like a bridge, if it's properly planted at the base, it can lift."

There're also tips for finding the wrong bra:
1. If our cups are runneth over, then we have to go up a size. What does that mean runneth over?? Does runneth mean that our breasts are going to fall out of the cups? I think so... in fact, I'm sure it is! Hmm.. I guess I have to go up a size then... heuhuehuh ^.^

2. If our cups are dimple, then we have to go down a size.

3. If you have the dreaded back fat, you probably think your bra is too tight, but you're wrong—your bra is too big. Wearing the bra lower on your back with a smaller band size will completely eliminate the back fat. I don't get it. I thought that if we wear bigger band size, we'll cover the back fat?? I guess not, huh?! Btw, which one is the band? Yg mana seh itu band?

4. If your strap falls down, that means your bra band is riding up and you probably need to go down a band size. Hmm... I thought that if I tighten it, the problem is solved. Apparently not, huh? =^.^=

So, after I follow all this I should look thinner, leaner and better right? If not, I'm gonna sue you Susan Nethero, Oprah and whoever else involved with the show!! I'm gonna follow American's habit of sueing people...wakakakka... *Peace people, please don't sue me* ^___^V
